Products and pricing

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice.

We have made every effort to display product colours and images as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your display will show colours accurately.

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors, and orders where a pricing or product description error has occurred.

Accuracy of information

We are not responsible if information on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. Material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions.

Product use disclaimer

Our grooming products are intended for external use on pets by a responsible adult. Always supervise your pet during grooming. Discontinue use if your pet shows signs of discomfort, skin irritation, or distress.

Our products are grooming tools, not medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. If your pet has a skin condition, wound, or health concern, consult a licensed veterinarian before use.

Payment and fraud prevention

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order we believe to be fraudulent, placed in bad faith, or in violation of these terms.

We may require additional verification or information before accepting an order. Orders flagged by our payment processor for suspected fraud may be cancelled and refunded without notice.

Chargebacks

If you have an issue with your order, please contact us first at vinipux3010@gmail.com. We resolve the overwhelming majority of issues directly and quickly.

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us prevents us from helping you. When a chargeback is filed, we will submit all available evidence to the payment processor, including order records, delivery confirmation, tracking data, and correspondence.

We reserve the right to refuse future orders from accounts with a history of fraudulent chargebacks.

Abuse of policy

We reserve the right to refuse service, refuse returns, or cancel orders where we identify a pattern of abuse. This includes but is not limited to:

Repeated return requests inconsistent with normal use
Claiming non-delivery on multiple confirmed-delivered orders
Returning items in used or damaged condition as "unused"
Abusive or threatening conduct toward our staff

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShedAway shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer where such limitation is prohibited by law.

We reserve the right to update or change any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates to this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
